Account Activation and Set Up

Craftsman+ is an online platform that provides you with access to tools for creating interactive ads. In this article, we'll walk you through the steps you need to take to activate your account and manage basic profile information.

Step 1: Activation Email

After signing up for Craftsman+, you will receive an activation email from the team. The email will contain your username (email address) and temporary password.

Step 2: Login to Studio.craftsmanplus.com

Go to studio.craftsmanplus.com and enter your username and password from the activation email. You will be taken to your account dashboard.

Step 3: Change Your Password

For security reasons, it's important to change your password as soon as you login. Make sure to choose a secure password that includes:

• At least 8 characters
• A combination of upper and lower case letters
• At least one number and one special character

Step 4: Update Your Profile

Once logged in, you can go to your profile by clicking the avatar dropdown menu in the top right corner. You can then change your first and last name.

Changing your username

To update your username and email address, you'll need to contact Craftsmanplus support at support@craftsmanplus.com.
